Presence over Perfection
GraceAnna Castleberry reflects on the fleeting years of motherhood and the importance of being present with her children rather than consumed by daily responsibilities. She encourages mothers to prioritize their families’ spiritual well-being and trust God for daily grace.
The Fruit of the Spirit
The fruit of the Spirit is the evidence of genuine salvation and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, who shapes believers into the likeness of Jesus Christ through faithful obedience and Spirit-led living. These Christlike virtues are not produced through human effort or religious rulekeeping but are cultivated by the Spirit and demonstrated in our everyday relationships with others.
How the Christian Life Begins
The Christian life begins when the Holy Spirit awakens the sinner to the holiness of God, the weight of sin, and the insufficiency of self-righteousness, bringing the soul to repentance and faith in Christ. Far from being avoided, this work of conviction is a necessary mercy, for the good news of grace is only truly understood when we first reckon with the bad news of guilt and judgment.
